Social Welfare Payment Delayed today?

Anyone know if any Section of SW Payments were delayed today for some reason? I'm not sure which specific Payment, but apparently today's Payment will be in on Thursday? Has anyone experienced this this week or know why? There wasn't any reason why given, just informed that it would be there Thursday instead of today.
