    Why is it so bloody hard to get talking a person rather than a machine when you ring 365?
    There is no option to just skip the crap and go to an agent. So bloody annoying :mad::mad:

    We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble speaking to a representative on the phone. If you can let us know what your query is in relation to we may be able to help? When calling BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 to speak with a representative you can select options 1, then options 1, the star * key then the option that relates to your query.
