I hate using the term light weight, I know it's important to do both, but I'm just wondering would you buys incorporate both into your training, example when doing Chest and Back on the one
    Incline D/B press low reps
    DB Fly- High reps.
    Barbell Row- Low reps
    Lat Pull Down- High reps

I was on youtube and Lee Hayward claims that never go too heavy when training arms, is he correct?

Light, Moderate, Heavy are subjective terms.

A guy strength training might call his triples on his heavy day, and 8 reps with his lighter assistance stuff. So his 5 rep, RPE 8/9 work sets probably feel moderate overall.

A BB split guy might call his failing around 8 reps his heavy work. And 15-20 reps on his light stuff. 12 reps moderate?

also depends on how you feel on the day - i just dont go to failure on days i need to take it handy.

Overall though i see too many guys that use a body part split not being focused enough on getting stronger, yes there is a point where strong is strong enough but a move in that direction is always a fairly positive step as long as mobility and conditioning is addressed also
