    Hello, I need to file a chargeback for an item I did not order. Do I need to return the item first and include the proof of shipment with the guiding letter?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    We would first advise you to contact the retailer to request a refund and enquire how to return the item. If after contacting them, they are unable to provide you with a refund, you can fill in Chargeback form which you can find on our website here. You will need to provide the proof that you returned the goods to this retailer such as your postal receipt along with this chargeback form.
