Clements - No Claims Bonus

    Alright guys, so i requested my No Claims Bonus from Clements and its been over a week now and i haven't received it. I've tried calling their number, but no one picks up and I've sent them a load of emails, they only replied back to my first email saying that they will forward it to me as soon as they have it.

    My new insurance company is really pushing me to get the No Claims Bonus as soon as possible.

    Has anyone of you had any experience with Clements for the No Claims Bonus? How long does it usually take for them to process it?
