    Hi,

Im not sure where I should post this but i'll give it a go here!

My downloaded albums are not playing in offline mode - however my downloaded playlists are working fine.

Anyone ever had this issue and how did you fix it?

    Thanks

Have you tried clearing the cache? Reinstalling it?

Yes, cleared cache - still no joy.

Slightly worried about uninstalling until I've tried a few other things - will I lose anything I've downloaded?

Have you got more than 3,333 tracks downloaded? There is a limit to how many tracks you can have on your device.

The limit last year was 3,333. Not sure if that has changed recently.
