Moisture in wet food

Probably this will be a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway.
Let's say that a wet food, according to its analysis table, contains 75% of moisture. Can I say that this wet food contains 75% of water?
If my cat eats 100 grams per day of this food is it as she drinks 75 ml of water? Does this amount of water count in her daily water intake?
If she doesn't drink any other water from her bowl, am I right to say that she has drunk enough water for the day?
She suffers from chronic kidney disease.
She's not eating any dry food at the moment, the wet food in question is complete and appropriate for her disease.
    Thanks!

    Thanks aonb!
Actually my cat is not doing 100% fine. She has had lots of health trouble, and the last one left her with a slight disability at eating, that's the reason why she's only eating wet at the moment. She tries with the dry food, but the results are disappointing for her :(
She also has lost most of her ability to drink. This explains my question.

since no one has jumped in yet with comment on the moisture content of wet food for your cat OP, heres some googled pages you might find interesting. Would your cat be able to eat a RAW diet - higher moisture content.

    Thanks so much!
I have understood that the amount of water contained in wet food should be enough for a cat to survive.
    This passage says:
"Think of canned food as hosing down your cat's bladder several times a day"
However this morning I caught my cat in the act of licking some water from the bowl.
I reckon that as long as she urinates three or four times a day she's hydrated.
Second problem now, my cat is eating very little food in the last two days, about half the quantity she used to. So half food, but half water as well. I'm administering 20 ml of water spread along the day with a syringe straight in her mouth.
