I'd like to get a camera to put at the gate of an outfarm. Nothing bad/underhand going on thankfully, but a few neighbours would go for a walk there. Most of them the father's known all his life and that's no problem, but we sometimes bump into recent arrivals who just see a country laneway and open the gate. So can anyone…

So can anyone recommend a good camera? I think what I'm looking for is one that takes a picture when motion is detected, or would a video one be better? One that stores it on an SD card. Thanks

I've used the Acorn ltl and they're a serious camera. They're not cheap though.
