Not only that is calling home..but is also remotely controlled and accepting instructions (i guess).

The "homeIP" goes to this address:
    http://www.whois.com/whois/xmsecu.com

Question is .. how long do i leave it conected !?
Already called supplier and ordered a new one.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Mirai.

Edit: Rebooting the device should clear it, but it will probably be re-infected in jig-time. You should see if there are firmware updates available for the DVR and try to see if it can be configured to block remote telnet.
