    Breakfast: Egg, avocado and crumpet
    11's: coconut yoghurt and granola
Lunch: tuna steak, broccoli and red pepper
    Snack: kale smoothie and apple
Dinner: lamb and mint shepherd's pie with butternut squash and sweet potato mash

about 3 cups of coffee, 1.5litres water and a cup of tea.

Doesn't seem a lot when written down but I think the key is eating once every 3 hrs - that way I never feel hungry

I've been to Pitt Bros 3 times. The first and second times, I thought it was lovely. Was there about 2 weeks ago, and it was absolutely horrible. Food was manky, and service wasn't great. I sent my food back as the meat was stone cold when I got it. My girlfriends food wasn't nice either. Completely put the two of us off going back

    Been 3 times also.
First time food was stone cold and dried out. Second time it was warmish but nothing to write home about. Third time with work and the same thing again, stone cold and dried out. Pity. I always like to give a place the benefit of the doubt before writing it off but 3 visits and lacklustre all 3 times :(

Only had one doughnut all day. Too sick to eat but got the limited edition New Orleans Sizzler deep pan pizza to have soon. I'm wondering what it's like cos those pizzas are usually tasty enough.

My breakfast was a recipe I saw on Instagram that I wanted to try out. Very easy but looks so fancy. Hollow out a small hole in a crumpet, crack and egg into the hole, grill. Serve with avocado and a coffee. It looked and tasted amazing!

How do I attach an image that is on my PC and not a link?

Use Tinypic or copy and paste the image into the little yellow square on top of this box.

I love puddings but never have the capacity for more than one course.. So today lunch/ dinner was a large serving of a freshly made raspberry sponge pudding... with custard of course... delicious and so easy.
