I'm really worried we could be turfed out of the property we rent.. Do you know what we could be entitled to? We have 3 children under 10 and rent at €1500 pm…

Hi guys

In a situation I have never been in before, my partner will be unemployed in January as she does not have the required childcare qualification for the role.

I'm really worried we could be turfed out of the property we rent..

Do you know what we could be entitled to? We have 3 children under 10 and rent at €1500 pm

I currently earn €31k

Look at family income supplement.

There's a handy calculator at the bottom of the article you can use to figure out what you would be qualified to receive.

Citizens Informatin Centre or your local Department of Social Protection office should also be able to advise of any other support you may qualify for e.g. medical card.
