Pre-Employment Medical - What To Expect

I've recently got a new job and I need to do a pre-employment medical before I commence.

This is my first time having to do one. I'm in good health so I'm not worried about it but I'm just curious about what to expect from it? My job is office based.

Also, I presume the company won't actually receive any medical data, but rather a general 'fit for work' summary from the doctor.

Most likely: Sight, hearing, blood pressure, diabetes pin prick, Cough!, Count the fingers, and fill in the usual sheet with regard to family history/ailments etc.

    Can also include drug testing

Yes, it will include drug testing. Again, nothing to worry about but wondering how it is done. Is it just a blood and/or urine sample?
