Injury Claim Query

    Hi,

A friend of mine is going through the injuries board using a solicitor and has been contacted by his solicitor to say the insurance company want to meet him and his solicitor to discuss a deal outside the injuriesboard process.

Is this common practice to take place. He was told he will meet his solicitor and barrister now who will discuss this with him. His solicitor said its no harm to meet to discuss this as any offer can be rejected and continue with the injuriesboard.

    All advice appreciated.

You already have employed a solicitor and barrister.
Yes, it is common to hold meetings to attempt to resolve matters
There is little point in posters here who know nothing about your case commenting.
    Good luck in the matter
