Payment made not in bills

    Hi,

    I registered for direct debit to pay my bills, but my money from the bank account was deducted without any mention in the bills.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Was there a balance on your account when you set up your direct debit? If so, the balance would automatically be collected in 14 days.

    For account security, we would require the following information by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
