Oil boiler not burning

    Hi looking for some advice etc. I've a firebird oil boiler and when I went to turn it on this evening it wouldn't burn. It kept firing but wouldn't ignite like as if it was airlocked. I had it working this morning but still bled it tonight but no joy. Any ideas what couldcause it?

    Not any help but my firebird popular 90 has been doing this same thing. Just cutting out after a small bit of time.

    firstly how long ago since it was serviced.
    second book a service

    check the photocell to see if it has gone black
