Hi there, just wondering if anyone has info on the tax implications on selling a farm. The farm was transferred in 09 valued at 350000 euros. There was 3 percent stamp duty paid at the time. What tax would I be liable for now if the farm was sold today for 400000. If anyone has any info it would be great.:)
