Cost of Plumber to change ballcock valve : D6

    Hi,

    tried to change the ballcock myself, but the original is jammed and could not be removed. I could try to force it but would be afraid of damaging the threads / tank.

    How much to hire a plumber in D6 for this - I would say no more than 30 mins in it,

    You would be looking at 100 -120 should cover it

    Expect to pay €70 to €90 inc part & VAT, though some may charger more.
    Ring a few different plumbers for prices & go with the one you feel comfortable with
