Need help with shower head

Hoping someone can help here. I moved into a new place and the shower head was as below. I have looked in store and on line and frankly I can't figure out what type of shower head I need to buy to attach. Any help appreciated.

Take the photo to any plumbing trade counter. I'd be surprised if they don't have one in stock. It's a fixed shower head.
