Did you look at the circular? You haven't said if you're subbing or on a full-time contract. You might be working 25 hours a week, but is that what your contract says? If you're not on a contract, look at your payslip to see how many hours you're paid for.

Is €380 your take-home pay? If it is, without all of your personal taxation details, no one can tell you if this figure is correct. The only thing anyone can do here is point out the correct rates and you check and see if you're on it.

    Most contracts are
full time, normal school day.... (*and no it's not 32 hours)
    Part time .75 - 24 hours
    .5 - 16 hours
    .25 - 8 hours

The hours rate is approx €12 depending on how long you've been working as an SNA. If you've got increments then it would be more. Your tax, Prsi, USC, pension contributions etc will be specific to you so it's hard to tell if €380 is correct. You can always ring payroll and discuss finer details with them...

    * 32 hours is used as a divisor used to work out the hourly rate of pay for part time snas.

Then €21893/52 = €421 gross per week. That should be what's at the top of your payslip.

You need to go through your deductions and taxes, maybe you're being emergency taxed.
