Advice on house with internal soilpipe

Looking for advice about internal soilpipes.

Thinking of buying a house and I'm looking at a semi detached house. It has an upstairs bathroom with bath ,shower ,toilet and ensuite with sink, toilet and shower. Neither the ensuite or bathroom has a window. The main toilet has an outlet or that goes straight up out the roof.

The house has one internal soil pipe for the upstairs bathroom and ensuite . An internal soil pipe is something that I haven't come across before.

The internal soil pipe drops down through the kitchen alongside the wall which is shared with the other semi d.

I'm looking for opinions on this situation. Is this a bad set up to have in a house or does it really make any difference.

I'm worried that the vertical soil pipe could block and it will be expensive to fix or that it would freeze or crack underneath the house.

Also long term would it be problematic . Any chance of bad smells, dampness or general problems.

Standard design on terrace houses with bathrooms in the middle.
There should be AJ's externally on the line so in theory ridding should be possible in case of blockages.

I'm in my house 11 years with them and touch wood, no issues.

Small square plastic box that a ridding pipe can be inserted to break up any blockages.
