Puncture on run flats

Just got a puncture on one of my tyres which are run flats. From the documentation I have it seems I can drive for approx 240 km @ 80 kmh safely. But I need to go somewhere tomorrow and want to drive 160 km at 100 kmh as it will take me all day otherwise. Can I use that tin of 'goo' that came with the car to get me over…

I'm assuming the tyre itself is non repairable anyway?

Whether or not the tyre is unrepairable depends on where the puncture is. No reason why it shouldn't be repairable. If you drive 160 km on it flat, it is definitely not repairable. I would look to get it repaired if it is possible and I definitely wouldn't look to drive 160 km at 100km/h on it flat.

Whether or not the "can of goo" will help again depends on where the puncture is.

If you use the foam, the tyre is usually scrap afterwards, regardless.
