    Just looking for some insight-

If a job brief is littered with the above is it truly necessary to fill a cv with the same ?
I hate to see & read them and believe it takes from a correctly presented application.

    Job is in telecommunications .

    Thanks!

Hi. You don't have to use exactly the same words, but you need to ensure that your CV broadly aligns with the key elements of the job.

Underline the main bullet points of the job spec... and ensure your CV and Cover Letter captures them (either but using their jargon or your own approximation).

If the job spec says 'passionate about developing a world class telecommunications network'....... you might say 'proven track record of building and maintaining an XYZ network infrastructure. Have established Roaming Traffic agreements with multiple foreign operators'.

Their requirement is a bit aspirational... yours is specific and supported by evidence.

It's very rare that a candidate has 100% of the experience required, but if you can convince them that you already have 80% and can learn the 20% quickly.... you are miles ahead of a candidate who is a rookie or stretching their competencies.

Identify their key features and tailor CV accordingly
