Hi there,

My boyfriend telephoned last week, there is a damaged pipe outside our home.  we cannot get tv, internet cables into our home because of it.  it needs to be fixed.  its a few weeks away from x-mas.  he was supposed to get a call back and hear nothing.  This needs to be sorted.

Hi Allanah,
I did receive a call from a member of your team last Friday. They were to call back on Monday in relation to getting the pipe fixed; if it was something that would be done by Irish water.  When they rang me it was on a private number.  I cannot call them back.  Could you ask someone to call and update me.  Still difficult for getting our TV/ internet service.  Thank you.  Nicola
