TTC Overactive Pelvic Floor Issues

Hi everyone ttc over a year but I have been diagnosed with an overactive pelvic floor which explains alot of issues through the years. Going to a physio and an osteopath atm to get help but its been a long road. Just looking to see has anyone else had a similar experience?
