Brand new house?
Include site?
Include costs and contributions?

Budget 2k per square meter for everything and see where that leaves you. Then design house house to suit budget.

How long is a piece of string question,
Its a question people are sick of seeing,

We dont know what insulation, ground works, site cost, 2 story or bungalow, heating, tiles, finish, the list goes on...

Price per whatever means absolutely nothing.

Best bet is talk to a local engineer.
