I haven't ordered from them myself but know that they use a co. called Borderfree for int shipping. Iv ordered from a company that was using Borderfree before and a customs or tax was included at checkout (wasn't much) so no additional costs once it gets here. It should highlight it at checkout if it's being charged or maybe states in their FAQ. Sorry I couldn't be more help

Ya I've ordered from them before, I paid no additional charges after I ordered and if I remember correctly I was amazed at how quickly they delivered. I think my package arrived in two days.
