I understand from a quick search that recommendation is by PM only. That's fine.

So, I want to replace a hall-door, sash-window and patio-door, in an apartment with double-glazed, quality fittings.

    1. Could I please have indications here as to what I should be looking out for?

    2. Via PM only, could I please have recommendations for manufacturer? The choice is mind-boggling.

    Thanks as always.

    D.

    Thanks for the reply.

There are only 4 apartments in the block and we all agree that they need changing.

So, still open to (PM) suggestions as to which brand/manufacturer we might use.

    Many thanks.

I think the best thing to do is decide on material choice based on your needs/budget and then shop around the best manufacturer. Aluminium and alu-clad seem to be the most expensive, followed by timber and PVC. The quality and finish seems to vary quite a bit so well worth going around a few showrooms to check them out in person.
