Gap Under Outoor Gates

I have set of gates that open inwards on my drive. The drive slopes up so they had to be hung high to allow for the slope when opening. There is a gap on both sides going from maybe 3 - 6 inches. I was thinking something like a long brush strip attached to each of the leaves would cover the gap nicely and would just bend when opening. I've seen them for interior doors but hard to find for outdoor. Anyone know where I could get such a thing? Or other suggestions? I want something neat so want to avoid wire mesh etc.

The brush strips are to stop draughts. They're not made for external gates...IMHO they'd look ridiculous...and wear out very quickly anyhow.

You could have the gates hung 2 inches lower ...then the gap would only be 1 - 3 inches...

Use riser hinge system, several ways to do it using cranked or off set hinges. For example Screwfix do one for around €30 designed for field gates. Might not do your gates but should give you an idea what is available. Do a Google search for riser gate hinges.

The gates are set along with electric arms for opening so can't move. Yeah those brushes probably not the best example. There must be something 'nice' available I'd imagine.

Problem is I also have the ram type arms for opening gates so can't move that. I just need something to lessen the gap.

Is this just for appearance or are to trying to (for example) stop an animal getting out?

Both really. Want to discourage dog away from trying to get out under gate aswell so something to block that and look half decent.
