GLAS Nutrient Management Plan (NMP) Question?

Coming to the end of our 1st calendar year in GLAS (Tranche 1) and just remembered that we haven't done our NMP yet.
Are we allowed to write and submit our own NMP or must it be done by an approved planner?
The reason I ask is that we find ourselves without a planner since our GLAS application and have only been approved for the Rare Breeds option, so our return from GLAS is minimal and keeping costs low is key.
    Thanks.

Can't do it your self. There is a specialist web site for planners where the plan is done so need to get yourself a new planner.
