radiator pipes crossing doorways

hi, I'm planning on running rad pipes behind skirting in an old house I'm renovating. The pipes will be about 50mm above the floor. the problem is I will have to drop the pipes down below the floor to cross the doorways. will this restrict the flow or cause air locks in the system later on?
