As it has been empty for so long (and previous owner did not take care on moving out) the place needs to be heavily cleaned and the best time to do it (for me) would be before we move our stuff in.

So basically I am looking to get the works done and then a cleaning crew to come and make it showroom clean.

Anyone have recommendations
