    Hi guys

Seen a brand new S7 on adverts for €480. Seller has great feedback. The phones are sold as brand new with 2 year Samsung warranty. Does anybody know what the story is with these phones? How are they being sold for this cheap. As i said it doesn't appear to be a scam as it has a lot of positive feedback. But obviously there has to be some catch.

Could be a upgrade through work that they get. I'd want receipts and face to face sale, with ID to be forking out that much!

I don't know how they are able to sell it that cheap. Even Amazon, which I would presume would be good value, are about a hundred more. Not disparaging the shop at all, as I don't know them, but no harm to verify the specifications of the phone using something like cpu-z.

Have a look at this video, which shows a shockingly good copy of an S7. Again, I'm not saying anything about the seller, but no harm watching.

Wow, that's some inflation! Maybe it was a mis-price. That's more in line with online prices.

Amazon Germany have the S7 for around €520 ATM, I've seen them go as low as 500 in recent weeks

I'm honestly not sure what their story is, I've been going back and forward about buying 1 myself for the last few weeks, looking at the. comments on the ads , I've seen sellers go as low as €460. I assume they have a supplier that they buy in bulk from and make a small profit themselves

Yeah I'm just stressing a little bit. I want one. But don't want to get a 2 year contract or pay 700 euro. These sellers have good reviews and seem legit like actually have shops. But it's hard to see these being sold for that price without some sort of catch.

Possibly from Kuwait or similar middle eastern market?

How do both you guys find the phone? No problems?

I was looking at these before. The receipt is a receipt from that seller as far as I know.
As said above its probably grey market import and if it is I reckon you would have to send it to the far east for repair as I don't think Samsung Ireland would repair an Asian one.
I'm open to correction on that but I read on this forum that about someone who bought one from eglobal or someone like that in Hong Kong and had to send it back there for repair so I'd be wary of that.

Love it. Great camera. Battery gets a full day. One of the best phones I've owned...out of a long line of htc and iPhones.

Sorry for digging up this thread.
Has anybody here bought from any amazon or ebay sellers recently? I'm thinking of getting a sim free S7 but don't want to take my chances with potentially dodgy sellers!
