Bray Development

Hopefully Bray has not missed the boat with the delay of this development over the past years. Carrickmines and Dundrum are now established and Cherrywood about to be built in the near future. It will be difficult to encourage large numbers to Bray unless a comprehensive traffic plan is combined with this development.

I'm not sure the point of the development is to go into competition with the likes of Dundrum or Carrickmines. It's a good bit smaller for a start. I'd say it'd be more aiming to keep people local to Bray and the immediate surrounding area shopping locally rather than having to go to these places. The success or otherwise of it will depend hugely on who the tenants are though, of course.
