Hi, I'm looking for someone to fit a new plasterboard ceiling, amongst other jobs I need done in Dublin. The ceiling was damaged by water spillage upstairs.

I'm not sure what to search for on Google when looking for someone that does this.

Do I search for "Home renovation" ?

You. We'd someone to remove the old ceiling, make good any damage and re fit plasterboard and then skin/plaster the ceiling and paint.

You need anyone from a builder to a plasterer to a local handyman.

    Where are you based?

you could claim off your house insurance. Some insurers have a list of recommended builders that will sort the works out for you

I have the insurance payment, just the builder that was supposed to do the job isn't available at the moment.
