Something fishy there Banagher seemed a good firm, bypass the rep and ring the company.

I know a neighbour got banagher slats in the last couple of days & I don't think he was waiting that long, however I know he was matching prices against Mc Graths so maybe that had something to do with it.

only time I had issues with banagher was when a rep called for money & I wasn't home . I posted on the cheque but had huge problems getting the vat recpt. from them , phone calls and letters no results. I eventually got it but would rather not disclose the method used.

Careful with Campion, well capable of making fu#kups. Slats look good, but not cheap.

They're all still fairly busy, Oct-Nov is like christmas for them. Best you can do is get a few different quotes while you are waiting.

My uncle order slats this year in approx. Sept and got them in Oct, only waiting 3/4 weeks i think which would be normal enough, not sure did he ring rep or go direct but i would by-pass rep and ring them in Banager directly and let them know the situation as they wouldn't be happy with that i would imagine
I would also imagine if you explain they could get you slats very quickly if it was the Rep that was at fault
