Ever bleach and tone your own hair?

    I have short hair BTW.
    As in, maybe two inches top and back, and shaved on the sides.
    I have it bleached already, and just need to use Loreal PO1 toner with the 7.5 activator.
    Possible to make it a self job and save about 60 euro??

    I used do my roots myself my friend used to but she went to oz so decided to give it a shot myself!! Found it hard enoUgh to reach some of the back. I did have to do it a second time with a lower vol peroxide about two days later just to make it match rest of my hair! Also used a toner just the revlon colour bomb.

    If you do decide to do it make sure you make enough mixture!! Ya don't wanna get stuck with it enough! some people will say do it some will say don't! All depends whether you feel comfortable or not! When my friend went to oz she didn't try do herself!!

    I started doing this and ended up having to get a 4 (i think) all over because my hair was in such bad condition. Possibly could have happened if I was still getting in done in the hairdressers, though!

    I think either way end up in bad condition! I let mine grow out in the end and have balayage now! But thinking of growing that out fully as end are still feicked from bleach!! I think the condition of your hair before makes a big difference to! I always put coconut oil in a few times the week leading to bleaching it and had it in while I bleached it to!!
