It's just an unexpected item in the bagging area.

    Remove the item before continuing.

Try a compressed tachyon in pulse and then establish a static warp bubble...

Stick the kettle on. Nice cuppa, few biccies - enough to sort any problem out.

Also, if it's the minimum safe pressure point, surely you would want it to be exceeded?

that's just technobabble, I don't like Star Trek Voyager, but special hate for each and every episode , and there were many many, where 5 minutes before the end it's "Running a Level 3 Diagnostic", and "Realign the Phase Inverters" and or "Reversing the Polarity" and that magically gets then out of a plot hole.

    Stupid bad lazy writers

The air pressure on my bike wheels was at critical minimum pressure yesterday so I had to use my foot pump to fix the situation. My foot pump makes this really loud noise, very like the stabby shower scene music in Psycho, and the sounds seems to carry through the air...

Leela: Depth at 45 hundred feet, 48 hundred, 50 hundred! 5000 feet!
Farnsworth: Dear Lord, that's over 150 atmospheres of pressure.
Fry: How many atmospheres can this ship withstand?
Farnsworth: Well it's a spaceship, so I'd say anywhere between zero and one.

At defcon 1 and 2, level 3 diagnostic was more detailed. The opposite for defcon 3 and 4. But not 5. And vis versa.
