    I would doubt if the first one you linked complies with En50131, it is a UK system and EN standards are secondary over there.
    Insurers specify EN50131.

    Either way that panel would not have any analysed inputs, therefore it would be incapable of monitoring inertia shock sensors.

    Your second link is to Visonic, they are around a long time, are a global manufacturer, but I know a lot of installers now stay away from them.

    The correct system is always perimeter protection with inertia sensors and contacts to all vulnerable windows and doors in your home, contacts should be fitted to any upstairs window which is not vulnerable and a minimum of 2 passive infrared beams should be fitted within the house to common areas such as halls and landings.
    I would also recommend professional monitoring which can be done by over a dozen Security monitoring stations in this country.

    As mentioned above , siemens - hkc etc. Visonic , yale and the like are cheap rubbish and you get what you pay for in terms of security generally . A good alarm will cost a little more but its a good investment and with right maintenance will last years .
