Oil cap mayo/gunk on brand new VW Caddy

I've a brand new Caddy, it's done around 3500km so far and I went to check the oil the other day and in the process I took off the oil cap to give a look and there was gunk on it and signs of it in the rocker cover. I envistageted a little further to find more of it in the breather pipe from the rocker cover to the inlet pipe! Cleaned off the cap and put it in and checked it today to find more gunk.

Is this a major cause for concern? Could it just be condensation? Keep in mind there has been no drop in coolant level from what I can see, it looks nice and pink with no oil in it. 90% of my driving is 60-70km trips so it's not doing a lot of short journeys. I've already had a few issues with it and have serious doubts about the build quality, bits falling off an hoses not clipped into place and failing to start, engine lights and so on!!

If the coolant level isn't dropping then it isn't coolant causing the emulsification which would relax me greatly.

It's most likely condensation but if you're concerned just bring it back, it's in warranty. Even if nothing is found, it'l be noted, which will strengthen your case if something happens 12/24 months down the line.
