Yeah, the E Class has optional rear facing seats.

E class has an option for a third row, but they are rear facing and would be an optional extra. Very rare here I'd imagine.

Rear facing. Thats seems odd. I dont think id fancy it tbh.

A quick Google will show you how it operates.

I'd be the same, rear facing s a bit strange.

It was not an option in newest diesel E-Klasse - ad-blue tank gets in the way of the seats.

I don't know what is strange about it... Operates the same way as in Volvo V70 or Tesla S... It is not for adults and not for constant use, kids usually love the novelty...

What you are really looking for is a second hand limo.

The Audi A6 avant did have the option, not sure about current model but a phone call to any main dealer should tell you

Get yourself a nice Renault 21 Savannah, 3 rows of forward facing seats in them.

It's tremendous fun for the kids in the back, especially on motorway drives.

I was always jealous of the kids who had the Merc estates and got to look out the back. Seemed to be everywhere back in the 90s

They love it when you give them a wave now a days. Or the finger, sends them into fits of laughter

was in a pontiac with rear facing seats in boot(trunk) and it had an electric window. Feet dangling out the back!

I travelled in the rear facing third row of seats in a e class merc, terrible place to be in if you're prone to car sickness :-(
