Martin Murray needs to retire. Looked awful.

Jamie McDonnell, Stephen Smith and Luis Ortiz all to come.

McDonnell getting beat up by Solis here. Have him 4-1 down. Solis walking straight through his jab.

McDonnell finding his rhythm. Have him up 2 rounds with 2 to go. Setting up a Eddie Hearn robbery nicely.

    116-112 Solis.

What a performance from Solis and then have to listen to those scorecards! Devastating. I'd retire there and then.

    Absolute joke

It says something when all of the sky analysts thought he lost the fight. It must have been some robbery.

    Olympic standard corruption. Sickening.

Scott really has no interest in getting into a fight, awful stuff

Ortiz is scary as f*ck. Gotta feel first left hand that lands down the pipe Scott will be on queer street

I've rarely seen a fighter fall over as much as Scott tonight

    This is nonsense.

Oh sweet jesus Scott is pathetic

It's a shame this will be most of the general public's first exposure to Ortiz. Doesn't deserve to have to fight this clown.

If your in his corner do you pull him out?

If the towel hit him on the way in he'd take an 8 count!

Peach of a body shot, great setup for it

A shutout that would make Andre Ward jealous. Horrible fight though...the complete silence at the final bell told it all. Hopefully they get someone like Takam or Stiverne in with him for the Joshua card.

Scott would have still fancied his chances given what happened earlier.

    Smith is awful defensively.

Enjoying the fall of Joe Gallagher. What his best win? Crolla v Barosso or Quigg v Martinez? So overrated.

Smiths are European level. Looking forward to Callum getting found out too when he finally fights someone.

I think Callum could be the exception. Looks a real prospect IMO but as you allude to, he hasn't been in with anybody yet.

The Solis fight I didn't see, but I backed him at 8/1 as I really fancied him. Was he robbed or what?

I reckon Callum gets brutally exposed if he steps up. DeGale murders him.

Nice little square off between Garcia and Thurman in the ring after the cherry tune up. Didn't see how Garcia looked in the fight but I've heard it was a typical impressive performance against an opponent way out of his depth. The fight with Thurman should be a cracker though. And can we say it's officially Ward-Kovalev fight week?!!

Think Callum is definitely the best of them but still think he'll fall short at world level. Zero head movement and a limited boxer. DeGale beats him easy and I think Groves would land with his jab all day long against him and win comfortably.

Solis robbery was awful. Far worse than the Ricky Burns one. Hearn also had the shame to say he had McDonnell up on his card after. Literally impossible.

Routine win for Danny. Vargas very ordinary. Out-gunned throughout.

Slightly off topic but what do people think of Joe Gallagher as a trainer?

Trainer of the year last year but he's going through a tough patch now.

Overrated? Or very good achieving what he has with overrated fighters?

Most overrated trainer in world boxing imo. His tactics are consistently awful. Smith's tactics last night were horrific, Crolla's v Linares and Quigg's v Frampton. He's lost a lot of fights before they'd begun.

Its usually the same tactic too. Soak up some punches and hope the opponent gasses.
