For some reason I get rubbish connection on my Huawei Y5ii. iPad Air 2 gets full 360mb connection on WiFi (tested on fast.com and Ookla) but the phone just sucks. It says 46mb but I swear it feels like 1mb. It's faster just to use 3G. But I never had the issues with Sky broadband. Any ideas?

    WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot

    No .11AC, possibly no 5Ghz.

Phone isnt capable nor does it need it.

I'm not expecting the full 360mbps but when it's running supposedly at 46 why does it load pages and videos etc as slow as 2G? Makes no sense like.

And yes it's 2.4Ghz but as I said, it worked much much better with Sky broadband so why is Virgin so crap is what I'm trying to ascertain

What channel is your 2.4 connection on?
Download an app to see what other channels are being used nearby.
