    How much this the minister actually is serious about and how much is political theatre designed to give him an image on being hard on (insert percieved social wrong ) depends on one's faith in the political class.

    The prudent management of the economy and the cost burden of the non-productive subject group are matters that should concern all who run their own business. Attempts to improve the situation should be encouraged and lauded. However if others agree, I am happy to delete it.
