    Hi all,

Trying to lose about a stone and a half and just wondering if this looks ok or what changes should I make?

    Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt, two mandarins.

    Mid Morning: Banana.

Lunch: Wrap with salmon or chicken, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn

Dinner: Chickpea stew or omlette, Approx 15 almonds.

    Thanks :)

Seems pretty healthy, though perhaps a little low on calories. Have you done a rough calculation of how many you're getting from that?

How have you found your general hunger and energy levels - do you be very hungry by lunchtime?

    Thanks.
Forgot to add would prob drink 5/6 cups of tea with milk a day also.

No, don't be very hungry before 1. It's about 1300.
I tend to have good energy alright.

It depends. If you're a 17st lad then you're wayyyyyyyyyy under eating. If your a small woman then you're on a small deficit and about right.

Should I replace some fruit with strawberries?
