    I'm living in Faiview so i've been to the Intreo Center in Parnell St few weeks ago asking for the SWA RS1 form.

    With the SWA RS1 i've also got an extra paper with Maximum Rent Limits/Contacts.
    I've noticed that there's no address on that paper,just the PO BOX 12188.

    I would like to ask if i only have to send the SWA RS1/SWA 3C forms to the PO BOX written above or there's a different procedure?
    Also my landlord has filled for me form SWA 3C signed last september.Is the form still valid or i will need a new one with a recent date?

    And yes get your landlord to redo the form just to avoid a possible delay.
