    Hi,

We have a pressured plumbing system in our house and couple of problems are coming up.

The upstairs en-suite shower , toilet and the main toilet will not either come on(shower) or toilet won't flush until the tap is turned on in the sink. Then the pump starts up and works.

    Is it a pump problem?

Thanks in advance for the help.

We had a similar issue. Toilet wouldn't flush or rather the pump would activate (you could hear the hum) but wouldn't pump water until; tap in sink was turned on. Plumbers replaced the capacitor in the pump and it will pump now but there is a few seconds delay. Probably need a new pump at some stage but we'll stick with this one until it dies completely.
