Removal of window regulator

Can someone please tell me how to remove the window regulator tacks off a Nissan Primera regulator. I have removed the clip/pin in the hole but cannot get the black tack off. I am also struggling with the power cable on the regulator motor. I will have to remove this if new holes need to be drilled for the regulator.
