Nest contract length?

Hi,

Thinking of switching to you guys and availing of the €99 Nest offer. Can I confirm from the following in the terms and conditions on your website, that the contract length is 12 months on this offer? Thanks.

"[font=Arial, "Arial Narrow", sans-serif]If you cease to take electricity and/or natural gas from Electric Ireland before the end of your first year we will apply a €200 (incl. VAT) exit fee to your electricity account."[/font]
