There is an all new model available from mid January so they are trying to shift the old model now. That price is based on the entry level model, start adding a few options and the price goes up significantly.

That deal is most likely a PCP finance offer, are you familiar with the pros and cons of PCP finance? You need to read and understand the terms of the agreement.

2 main problems I see here. The first is the 13'500 euro deposit and the second is the 22'900 final payment. If you have that sort of money sitting around then you shouldn't have to worry about PCP finance.

I think you would want to do better than this if you're buying on of the last of the f10 5 series.
If you have the cash bring a six month old one in from north/U.K. At substantial saving.

    Few problems :

It's pcp and not even good deal pcp. Specially with some brands doing 0% on brand new cars. That 3.9% will rack up a good few grand, specify on 45k car.

Annual millage of 15k km. That's low, very low, irony is it's for diesel car too.

It's old model and 162, with 171 plate in less then 2 months.

There will be 530e coming out in new shape and it looks like a better deal then 520d old model.

alternatively go up north and bring in a 2016 5 series m sport from Bavarian BMW in the north for £28,000 there is another approved used SE for £26,000!

    E30,900 plus vrt = E8422 = E39,322 for the m sport

its 7758 for the SE in vrt and E29,200 price of car

Contract mileage of 15,000km per annum and an excess mileage charge of €0.09.

What use is 15k per annum? That's not even 10,000 miles, below average for a family car, not to mind a BMW 5 Series. You'd be afraid to drive it, just look at it out the window.

That's my pet hate with pcp at the moment. There are benefits to it, but **** there are some stupid stuff like this.
15k km is just stupid. 25k would be at least semi realistic, specially when they selling you diesel!!! Pay 50k for a car and worry not to drive too much. 0.09eu per each km extra sounds very high too. So if you do realistic 20k, which even then very low for diesel, a year, that's going to be 15k km extra done. About 1.5k eu extra again. Maybe it's not much if you got 50k to throw on a car, but if you get 20-25k car, then that 1.5k eu will wipe Any value on next trade in.
It's like you rent a taxi, where you are your own driver who keeps the car on the road yourself and still pay fare for each kilometre done...

Best one was Nissan with its pcp deal and 10k km limit per year.... Just **** off now.

Have you called into the dealer and asked what's the absolute best deal they can put together for you. Would it be possible for the 15k a year to become 30k or can they do any better with the repayments. With the new model due around February you never know what they might decide. I've had 2 F10's they are a gorgeous car to drive.
