    evening all,

We are just coming towards the end of a court proceeding regarding a home repossession. We have had our arrears capitalised and the court proceedings will be struck out.

Last matter to be decided is costs. I have represented myself from day one and this is the only area that i am unsure off.

What can the registrar decide regarding costs & any guidance that can be offered on how to argue on the day?
